Therapy should support your nervous system, not overwhelm it. Here’s how I work – with compassion, clarity and connection.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #103572) and hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacific Graduate Institute of Psychology.

I believe therapy should be both grounding and transformative – supporting your mind, body, and spirit as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and build secure relationships.
My methodology
My therapeutic approach is holistic, relational, and trauma-informed. I integrate Eastern and Western healing traditions, including yoga, somatic experiencing, Jungian depth work, and neuroscience, with evidence-based practices like Emotionally Focused Therapy, IFS, and EMDR.
Clients often describe my presence as gentle, intuitive, and grounding—but also insightfully challenging when the moment calls for it. My goal is to support you in reaching your treatment goals while honoring your pace and your lived experience.
My Story
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the social justice space—supporting displaced families, studying global labor systems, and exploring how inequality impacts individual wellbeing. That path rooted me in human dignity and resilience, and it informs my work with clients today.
I bring that same lens to therapy: deeply attuned to systemic forces while helping you reclaim personal agency, embodiment, and healing.
We develop strategies to survive. Together, we explore how to thrive.

My Framework

We are wired for connection – and the strategies we develop in early relationships often shape how we show up in adulthood. When those strategies no longer serve us, therapy becomes a space to gently explore, untangle, and heal.
Through a combination of somatic and attachment-based modalities, I support you in developing emotional flexibility, resilience, and secure connection – to yourself and others.
Secure Attachment & Somatic Integration
Bottom-Up & Top-Down Healing
I incorporate both top-down (cognitive/emotional) and bottom-up (body-based) approaches to help shift the nervous system out of chronic distress. Together we track sensations, build regulation, and create new neural pathways that support long-term change.
You may experience shifts in patterns like:
- Chronic anxiety or rumination
- Emotional shutdown or dissociation
- Fight, flight, or freeze responses
- Burnout, perfectionism, or avoidance
This work isn’t about fixing you – it’s about returning to your wholeness.
